Coach Uhlman and Tulane find a way back to the AAC Championship again!

 





Tulane knocked off the top-seeded UTSA Roadrunners on Saturday. This marks the 3rd straight trip to the championship game for the Green Wave, who won the conference Tournament in 2024. It seems like they definitely love playing in Clearwater. Tomorrow it will be ECU who has won three straight. Cliff Godwin, the head coach of the Pirates, is no stranger to the big stage. This will be a fun and interesting game if you are a college baseball fan. Anything can happen in late May!

 The first weekend in college baseball had some interesting match ups. So who was impressive? First, I'll talk about the teams that stayed undefeated, then the teams who had impressive weekends both at home and on the road. Many teams excelled this weekend but I'll only name a few in this article.  Impressive Undefeated Teams Michigan   went 4-0 in   the   Puerto Rico Challenge this Weekend defeating 4 teams from 4 different conferences. Arizona State was in a dog fight this past weekend vs Ohio State; every game in the series was competitive. ASU managed to go 3-0 and get the sweep. Teams that won the series on the road Illinois (2-1) won 2 out of 3 vs Abilene Christian at Whataburger field in Corpus Christi.
